Training and Help-desk
We pay a lot of attention to the knowledge transfer during all the phases of a project. In order to ensure a fast and easy handling of our software, we provide our clients users with some specific training sessions (staff, managers, admin).
A help-desk available 7 days a week is at our clients’ disposal should they have any issues. Our support team is on hand to help with any assistance our clients may require from guiding through various report options, setting-up new employees, minor data changes and various software technical queries.
